About Franze Music Franze Music is a full service production company founded in 1989 by J Franze. J has taken his talents nationwide developing and recording artists of all genres. He is a seasoned producer/engineer who has worked extensively in Nashville, New York, and Boston. The State-of-the-Art Franze Music Studio has been in operation now for several years and has not failed to keep up with the times. Franze Music has developed into a fully mobile team of dedicated and extremely talented producers and engineers whose fine-tuned skills have made it into the flourishing company it is today. This dynamic team is a highly trained, diverse group. Not only are they trained engineers, but they are disciplined musicians and seasoned songwriters with years of experience in all facets of the music business. Owner J Franze has also taught at some of the finest engineering schools across the country, and has penned two exceptional books, "Pro Tools a...z" and "Mixing a...z." Franze Music has produced a host of artists including Matty McRee, Tristin Burke, and Allison Piccioni. "Utilizing
an amalgam of techniques, protocol, hardware and software, the CTD
PhantomFocus™ Near-Field System is a powerful tool in designing
monitor systems. It concentrates first on "reach out and touch
the vocalist" imaging where pinpoint detail is spread out before
the listener in holographic panorama. Secondly, full and accurate frequency
response is achieved by incorporating several elements that can include:
speaker/listener position calculations; proper speakers stands; damping
and isolation devices; subwoofer systems; laser alignment; 360 degree
phase control (all- pass filter); crossovers; and corrective equalization.
The success of the system will be limited by the room acoustics evaluation
that must precede the process."
